This is where the bell is and you can also donate coins on the coins for change booth on the Plaza and the Beach. You can also Donate at The Captains Quaters. To go to the captains Quaters you have to get the key. The Key is in the Book room first go to the coffee shop then go upstairs then click Tales and stories located at the bottom right hand side the click the journal of Captain Rockhopper, go to the last Page and get the key.
