Here is a guide on how to become a Secret Agent on Club Penguin :
Before you become a Secret Agent your penguin must be at least 30 days old.
To begin with, you have to click on the “M” badge in the upper right of the screen.
Click through until you get to the questions.
Once
you have done those steps you will receive a Quiz to test if you are

to become a Secret Agent has been sent to the Club Penguin Team:

inventory next time you log in and you will also have access to HQ and
participate in Secret Missions.
